The Staedtler #1 Reversed Cutter is made of high quality steel and is excellent for fine detail work. Please look carefully at the picture of the tip to see how this cutter has been modified for extremely fine work.
The reversed cutter has the edge ground to a diagonal so that the cutting V is the leading part of the edge, making it easier to see where you’re going as you cut.
